We have come together to provide an urban cultural center for the indigenous peoples of the Western Hemisphere who reside in the Greater New Haven area. We hope to be able to provide a center that will allow for all Native Americans residing in Greater New Haven to become empowered and to reconnect and to practice and strengthen their spiritual and cultural ties. Furthermore we hope to be able to share with the Greater New Haven community especially within the school systems the rich contributions of Native Americans to the Greater New Haven community over the last 500 years.
